i don`t know how to describe the feeling but,
it`s just hatena for me and PW.

we have only today to enjoy the 'freedom' before our new boss comes in on Tuesday.
what`s her character like?

principal-type?
where we have to reach at 830am sharp? and to follow-up on each and every issue closely?

no leadership-type?
今のと同じ? won`t voice out anything to the boss?

seriously, this might become a major factor of me looking for other alternatives.
i bet PW thinks the same too.

if i were to look for other positions, i also won`t know what do i want to do.
one word: lost
to continue looking for HR-related ones? no company might want since i didn`t study any of the related course. i am not sure of the market rate now.

i feel that i am quite underpaid. 2k++ might be alot to some of my friends but to compare our team with other team in the same dept, we are seriously underpaid. other teams could get increment every now and then. ours? once, and its not in the regular increment month.

are we that insignificant? maybe yes, since our team shouldn`t exist at the first place.


just hope that the new boss would bring a change to our team.
