i already DROPPED hints to u tat u could actually DO this and u just LISTEN and DO lar!
see me do only and den i asked u to continue, u "orh~" and stare blank. WTH are u thinking? and seriously, wad is soooo GREAT about standing at the controller bar area? although i admit i also like to stand there coz i can rest abit. but u leh? do nothing yet stand there and chit chat with another newbie. win liao. and wed nite, although 5 ppl working, i only see 3 ppl doing the REAL work. ME as floor runner, yoko-san as controller and hisako san as cashier + host. the damned bloody nite isnt busy at all, but looked busy becoz 3 ppl working only.
another thing tat pisses me off was tat U DONT NEED TO SHOW OFF TAT U`RE FROM A-LEVEL graduate out de. WTF lar. just a atmosphere, stratosphere and hemisphere thingy from geography and u can HAOLIAN. WTF. eat shit man! so wad? a-level is just another ordinary paper with a cambridge printing and with tat cert, wad can u do? all are the same rite? WORK is WORK, u study GEO den why do a job tat is sooo UNRELATED to ur studies? go eat shit lar, dont make me hate JC ppl. i love my friends who came out from A-level. not so snoobish as u are.
i was soo low at tat point of time tat i just wanted to end work and go home. i`m given pressure from pineapple tart. becoz i myself also koe tat as a senior, i should tell them wad to do. but do they ever listen? they HEAR only, not listen! wth lar, i`m a
lowly paid part-timer at
$5/hr. and i`m given tasks such as cashier, floor runner, teaching of newbies, temp. host and super short-termed controller for lunch. tgt with szebim, we are sooo underpaid.
plus given the fact tat we have to learn everything by ourselves after 2 or 3days of teaching. and den comes the boom of the 25%. tat is the real battlefield as a newbie myself at tat time. and we`re to push housepour to reach the target given each day. see! this is wad i call work eh. not stand there and look look and chit chat. if i`m paid $5/hr just to do tat, i definitely wont have any complaints.
i should have contact the MOA restaurant floor manager to give me a job instead. maybe i might be given a much better pay. X( but tat means i`ll have to leave szebim with those newbies. and NO WAY will i do tat.
okies, rite now, i just have to wait and see for myself. whether they will improve by tml.. i`ll definitely call yoko san about it. i really hope my message gets to them! if not, den they`ve really reached my limit. although i usually have a huge capacity for these minor incidents. and my last resort, ask alvin to come personally to TEACH them.
they made me lose interest in working le.
