good food for the past few days.

SUPER good food.

becoz of my hokkaido boss.
many thousands thanks to him tat i get the chance to eat such a super nice food.

superb.
iggy`s
fine dining restaurant.
gastronomic menu.
9-course dinner.

and i can say tat i am impressed with the flavours.
although small serving but it is full of flavours.
i can even name some of those ingredients which i studied during my poly years in my whole course!
sage found in my salad,
many many 50cents-sized alba black truffles,
rosemary for my char-grilled wagyu striploin!!
the BEEF is super JUICY!!!!!
i felt the juice oozing out when i chew on the red-tender meat.

for the rest of the course it includes
kanpachi ,
egg royale, crab bisque,
seabass with some salad and truffle butter,
capellini with black truffles,
silver catfish with risotto

for dessert,
our millefeuille maccha and yuzu, orange sancho jelly, cherry blossom soup and mascarpone ice cream is super unique!
first time eating flower.
X)

all comes to this price of $195++/pax
贅沢だ～～～～!

and to add on,
i`m getting paid by my boss after such a expensive dinner.

nice movie!

although alot of metal music blasting thru` the speakers,
this movie has its soft part.

but alot of the big F word coming out.
maybe becoz japanese really dun care the meaning of it. (:

super split personality in this movie.
but interesting!! X)
i super love the toilet part.

this is better compared to suspect X.
maybe becoz i expected alot from tat movie.
especially those galileo part.
maybe it`s called suspect X and not galileo-related title,

HAPPY 1 YEAR anniversary!

time passes both fast and slow for both of us.
this 1 year was filled with many happenings.


initially i was very worried whether we will work out.
since long distance relationship is very difficult to maintain.
but.
as we reach our 1st month,
i can sense tat we are going to continue on and on

few months came and passed by fast.
while i`m part-timing at MM to earn money to go over to japan to meet 彼 and of coz,
my hiroshima-side family.
and in just a blink,
i`m in japan for 1 month.
but our days together was just 10 days.
though we felt a little not enough,
we are already contented tat we were able to see each other.
(:

since 1st sept,
time passes very slowly day by day,
both of us are working.
either me or 彼 will be working till late.
and can`t communicate in msn.
but a simple email or sms did the job.
(:

peirong said something which really surprised me.
she said we spent 97% of this 1 year on msn.
which now i think back on this,
if we didn`t commit ourselves to communicating with each other,
i think something different will happen to us instead.

this is wad i am feeling everyday.
towards 彼.

to keep our relationship going,
we thought of many surprises for each other.
but the problem always lies with singpost and japanpost.
always sooooo unpredictable.

speaking of this,
i received my white day present right on this day.

he is so funny in tat extra.

now we are heading towards our 2nd year
2009 is going to be a more happy than 2008!

this time round,
彼 is coming to singapore.

at Expo.
was working for Toyama Local Government board. (:
met many new ppl over there.
and mostly all of them are in either JETRO or JNTO.
but all looks sooo soooooo fierce and unfriendly.

so cool. but i think my booth always kenna neglected. ):
