super hate to use this word on my blog but really pisses me off.

cannot believe why they are so particular about money issue.
OT claims must be processed even if it was over the cut-off time.
and they depend on their OT money as expense to go on their fucking away-day.
spoke nicely to persuade me to accept,
i rejected them,
they not happy,
they got their manager to confront me,
no choice since the manager bigger shot dan me,
i gave in,
my manager also nothing to say.
their reasons for OT:
to clear work
[wtf, if i ever try key-ing this in my form, i sure kenna scolded by my manager's boss]
everyone thinks that HR job is the most leng leng,
which i believe.
but how can they OT almost every day till 9pm?
after tat episode, there wasnt any news from them.
because of work,
i have no choice but to contact them for a list.
i wrote in standard email language,
they replied me with some singlish and excuses which i think i cannot accept,
obviously i gave them time till friday (which was reasonably fair as it wasnt a difficult job),
they told me they`ll be going for away-day and can furnish us only next week,
i not happy as this list should be maintain as 'live',
meaning it can be sent to us anytime if we request,
so i ask them to provide me with whatever they have,
they didnt reply (assuming they left work),
i follow up with them the next day,
no reply again,
good job.
they complanint to me before they`re busy,
because they have to maintain this extra listing,
but what can they busy with as this was supposed to be in their job scope.
what nice colleagues i have in unilever.
i`m glad i am hired in another unilever entity which is different from them.
