ytd went to celebrate sockie`s bday..` though it`s belated..` but it`s the thoughts tat counts..` hehe..`~ ((: *hope u enjoyed tat dinner*
had prac like usual..` bread makin`..`!! it`s soo fun..`~!! wahaha..` though i hitched upp in some of the beatin`..` haha..` first..` my pastry margarine was swept to the side of the mixture in the mixin` bowl..` secondly..` my spatula falls into the bowl not once but twice..`!! i was like stunned and screamed for cindy to help me..` wahaha..` i sooo toopid sia..`!! cannot even hold a spatula properly..` but hey..`!! it`s in speed 3 le..`!! soo fast..` how can i take it out..`?!
our grp and lao da`s grp completed it quite fast..` coz we got slack time whereas the others are still mixin`..` while our dough were waitin` to poof..` me and lao da were at the sensory booth..` den there`s this ang moh tat walked in..` our eyes were like..` *!O_O* shocked..` wahaha..` coz he is soooooooo talllll..`!! cannot even believe our eyes naa..`!~! den lao da began makin` toopid comments le..` he say tat the ang moh is taller dan me by 2 heads..`!! *faints* wa liew..` tat ang moh also taller dan him by 2 heads lor..`!! still dare to say me..`~!! *garrhh* haha..` we asked tingfang to help us see where i`m at comparin` to lao da`s height..` i`m near the mouth there lor..`!! i`m not tat short okie..`!?! btw..` lao da is also not tat tall..`!! wahaha..` *bleah*
when our poofin` is done..` added our ingredients into the muffins cupp..` wahhaa..` soo nice..`!! added cheese + choco chips + tuna + garlic paste into those muffins cupps..` wee..`~ edwin added m&ms into his muffin cupps..` lol..`!! haha..` lao da greedy..`!!! he wanted 3 layers sia..`!! hmm..` after another round of poofin` was into the oven..`!! wee..`~ baked baked baked..`~!!! nice nice..`~!! our`s were kinda chao-ta lookin` coz of the cheese..` lol..`~ the rest were micro-wavin` the popcorn kenels which mrs tay bought..` and..` chao ta..`!! wahaha..` soo smoky sia..` and the smell was horrible..`!!!! *faints* had our bread tastin` time..` nice..`!! garlic and cheese..`!! good combi..`!! everyone who likes to baked..` take this combi down..`!! we had a sensory evaluation on sausage sia..`!! nice rite..`!? woo hoo..`~ 3 sample products..` haha..` the whole class were doin` the evaluation sia..` soo nice..` got bread and sausage to eat..`! weet..`~ after tat slack while waitin` for the pastry grp to finish..` after prac..` went to have my lunch at fc1..` coz hungry plus got to go gems lata..` the guys went to lib..` lol..` i think they`re slackin` and not studyin` naa..`~ hmm..` gems sux..`!! presentations..` haiz..` it`s the worst presentation i ever had..` the class super low sia..` den present also no mood to present lor..` came to koe my result for the presentation last term..` i got A..` thank god..` if not i think i`ll fail this gems..` *wasn`t feelin` quite good le..`*

met sockie at mrt..` took the train with the rest also..` wahhaa..` ermm..` it`s super crowded at the point where we took the train..` den at city hall..` ahhaa..` all of us were in the middle of the carriage..` den lao da was kinda left out from the grp..` and there`s this auntie..` kept tiltin` her head back..` and lao da was standin` behind her..` so he bo bian had to tilt his head also..` which he gives a veri bs face..` wahaa.` lao da xin ku ni le..`!!
